About Me
Hi, I’m Sydney—a mom, a wife, and a lifelong traveler with a heart rooted in culture, connection, and curiosity.
I’ve always been drawn to travel in all its forms—whether it’s a quiet coastal escape or a deep dive into local traditions and history. Over time, I discovered that travel isn’t just about getting away—it can be deeply restorative and even transformational for your wellness, mindset, and soul.
My love for global cultures began over 15 years ago when I first met Moroccan friends who introduced me to their vibrant language, rich customs, and warm hospitality. I knew in my heart I would visit Morocco someday—and that dream became a reality in 2020 when my now-husband brought me to his home country for the very first time. That trip changed my life.
After we got engaged, I made the bold decision to study abroad in Morocco. I packed my bags, left him in the U.S., and spent six incredible months living in Meknes. During the week, I studied; on the weekends, I traveled, visited with his family, and immersed myself in the rhythms of everyday Moroccan life—building connections with the people who would soon become my in-laws.
Today, I’m a senior at NC State University, majoring in International Studies with a concentration in Global Cultures and a minor in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. My first international trip was to Peru with my high school Spanish class, and ever since then, I’ve been in love with languages, cultures, and the incredible stories that travel helps us live.
Now, I help others explore the world—with intention, joy, and meaning. Whether you're planning a cultural adventure, a soul-soothing retreat, or something in between, I’m here to help light the way.
